Agentic Intent

Company

Three phases. Fixed scope. A gate at each one.

Ninety days from start to a channel that can be counted. Each phase stands on its own: if the first one does not produce what we said it would, there is no reason to start the second.

Phase 1

The rebuild

The site itself: every page, every product, connected to the systems you already run. Measured against the site it replaces, on the public internet.

Phase 2

The agent-ready site

Written so outside models can read, price and cite your catalog: the file at the door, the machine-readable twin of every page, the facts they quote back.

Phase 3

The assistant

Your own agent on the site, grounded in your catalog or your intake criteria, replacing whatever chat box is there now. It fills a real cart or files a real record.

Ongoing

Care and measurement

Kept current, kept fast, kept readable. One report every month of what each channel produced, with the model cost shown at cost.

What a phase includes, and what it does not →

How we are different

We measure the thing we sold you, in public.

Published method

Every number we quote comes with how it was produced: which tool, which device, how many runs, which one we reported. You can repeat any of it.

Gates, not promises

The build fails if a word of your content went missing, if a page lost its canonical, or if structured data stopped validating. Regression is blocked rather than discovered later.

Model cost at cost

What the AI costs to run is passed through with no markup, and the engine is a setting: a frontier model, or an open one at a fraction of the price, measured against your own traffic.

The first look costs nothing.
